I learnt my trade at Westminster Kingsway College, London, where I specialised in pastry. After graduating in 1999, I
honed my skills in some of London's most respected
restaurants, including Hakkasan and The Great Eastern Hotel, before moving into corporate fine dining, catering for one of the capital's largest investment banks.
Specialising in cakes, desserts and pastries, I have over eight years' experience as a chef, and my qualifications include cake decorating and sugar craft, chocolate work and vegetarian cooking.
