Desserts

Having specialised in desserts during my time in the catering industry, I have a wide selection of recipes, from classic tarte tatin and
tiramisu to traditional comfort puddings such as bread and butter and sticky toffee. In addition, I also include contemporary dishes
within my repertoire, as you would find in top London restaurants.

Examples of my dishes include:
  • Tarts (including chocolate, lemon, passion fruit, vanilla custard and frangipane)
  • Chocolate fondant
  • Panna cotta
  • Baked cheese cake
  • Crème brulée
  • Mousses (chocolate, fruit, vanilla and yoghurt bavarois)

Desserts can be supplied for both buffets and as individual portions for a dinner party.
